How backup pricing works
At home
Simple per-machine pricing. $20/machine covers the first terabyte of that computer’s data, then bills up to the next whole terabyte as it grows.
For business
Storage is pooled across your whole account at $15/TB, plus $8/endpoint for management. Servers add $45 each; Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace mailboxes back up at $3/user, all drawing from the same pool.
All storage has a 1 TB minimum and is billed by the whole terabyte, rounded up.
Local speed, cloud safety
Every backed-up device also gets an optional local copy to an external drive or NAS (included), so big restores happen in minutes instead of pulling everything back over the internet. The cloud copy keeps you safe if hardware, fire, or theft takes the local one.
